How do you define health?
During many wellness consultations I have had clients answer this question with varying results. Some define health as the ability to get through a work or school schedule without using sick days. Others have told me true health is unobtainable - a pipe dream shattered by bad genetics. Many say they like the idea of practicing holistic wellness but their insurance doesn't cover such things. Still others have told me it's too expensive to be healthy.
It takes too much thought, time, change . . . (you fill in the blank)
At Life-Thyme Solutions, I believe that health is a choice. Once we have made the commitment to be healthy and truly believe our bodies can heal, we are ready to move forward and begin the most wondrous journey.
As a Wellness Consultant I spend my time with you sharing information that can assist you on your own, unique journey to wellness. Utilizing sophisticated energetic tools I work with you to monitor your progress energetically and discuss ways for you to integrate holistic practices to keep you on your path.
